Director of the Center for Research and Innovation will give a presentation on Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon at the International Cabernet Symposium

Between June 20-23, the International Cabernet Symposium will be held in Napa Valley, California. The event is dedicated to the exchange of viticultural and enological knowledge between representatives from regions with the most favorable characteristics for cultivating Cabernet Sauvignon and its family of red varietals.

“Specifically, I’m going to present research on the subject of Cabernet Sauvignon clones that is conducted by the Center for Research and Innovation, which will enable us to disseminate our project on an international level and showcase the progress that we have achieved in one of the most important symposiums on Cabernet Sauvignon,” said Casaubon.
