Sensory Education Workshop: “Herbaceous aromas and other aromatic defects”.
This workshop is the first of a series of activities that will be conducted in the frame of the Sensory Education Workshops Program. The goal is that attendees develop their ability to detect and recognize the main aromatic defects, particularly herbaceous. It also aims to train their ability to communicate sensory attributes.
The theoretical and practical workshop will last 4 hours and will be held at the Extension Center Auditorium on Wednesday, May 25, from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
