Viña Concha y Toro Participates in Technology and Innovation Fair

Around 2,000 people gathered at the event held by Hortifrut on June 18 and 19, whose main focus was the future of the agriculture industry. The third edition of the conference was attended by Chile’s Minister of Agriculture Antonio Walker, Minister of the Environment Carolina Schmidt and Minister of Science Andrés Couve, as well as members of the public sector, and the agricultural, scientific and academic communities. 

Center for Research and Innovation participates in wine and beer industry fair

Wine and beer lovers and industry players gathered at the Expo Wine & Beer, which was held between May 30 and June 1. More than 100 exhibitors discussed the challenges and opportunities in the industry. New fermentation process technologies, packaging and e-commerce trends, innovative sustainable production processes and responsible consumption initiatives were some of the main issues addressed at the event.

Argentina’s National Institute of Industrial Technology visits the Center for Research and Innovation

In order to share experiences of public-private relationship on the matrix of instruments available for investment in R & D & I projects, to know the work methodology developed by Viña Concha y Toro’s Center for Research and Innovation and to discuss the innovation ecosystem in Chile, the president of INTI, Javier Ibáñez, attended the offices of the CRI on May 20 and 21 and met with representatives of Corfo and Trivento, a subsidiary of Viña Concha y Toro.

New interns join the CRI team

From diverse origins and different specialties, a group of seven professionals joined Viña Concha y Toro´s Center for Research and Innovation (CRI) to advance in the generation of valuable knowledge for viticulture.
